We offer free shipping on all products at www.yonkeymonkey.com

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Eastern Standard Time. Orders are not processed on weekends or United States Federal holidays.

Yonkey Monkey accepts payments by PayPal and credit cards only. All payments must be made before we start processing your order.

We do not offer Expedited shipment options, such as Priority and Express Shipping. If you need it sooner, please get in touch with us via email so we can assist you.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from placing the order.

All orders with valid tracking numbers are shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Amazon Logistics.

We have no control over how packages are delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier using the provided tracking number for any shipping-related issues.

International shipment is not available at this time.

For US Orders, our estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.

Tracking information will be sent out by email once your package is shipped.

Items will be shipped to the shipping address you provided at checkout. Please ensure that the address is accurate and where you would like your order shipped.

If the order is returned to us due to the incorrect or incomplete information provided to us, the shipping fees already incurred on the package become non-refundable. If a replacement order is requested, a re-shipping must be paid before the order can be re-sent.

Please allow enough processing and shipping time to ensure you get your order on time. Please get in touch with us if you need to get your order sooner than the expected delivery date.
